This page explains the data DXCraft’s website uses for game accounts, purchases and support.
Game accounts and orders
We use the player name and player identifier to check the recipient and credit coins. Order records include the pack, amount, currency, payment service, order number, and payment and delivery status. These records support delivery, error investigation and refunds.
Payment details are entered with FreeKassa or Tribute. DXCraft’s purchase form does not collect bank card numbers or card security codes. The selected payment service’s policies govern data entered on its checkout page.
Website settings and statistics
The browser stores the site language, selected recipient, latest order number and a random visit identifier. Statistics include visited pages, site actions and the referring domain. Statistics replace IP addresses and browser details with hashes; technical server logs may also contain the IP address and request time.
This data supports website operation, fault investigation and understanding which pages help players. Clear site data in your browser to remove browser settings; this also clears the saved language and order number.
Support enquiries
When you contact support, we use the contact details, message and order information you provide to respond and investigate. Contact support about your data or deletion requests. Records needed for payment accounting or legal obligations are considered separately.
